vd33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the vd33 platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the platform through any device, browser, or connection. vd33 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page and is effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the vd33 Platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria. vd33 enforces these eligibility requirements rigorously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or requires a specific licence not held by vd33. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vd33 or any gambling self-exclusion scheme. If you have previously self-excluded from vd33, you must not attempt to re-register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of vd33 or its affiliated entities. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts.

vd33 may at any time require a Player to provide documentation confirming their eligibility, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by vd33 may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of vd33 services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number that you own and control. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances, including any person claiming to represent vd33 support. vd33 staff will never ask for your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not conducted with your knowledge. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify vd33 support immediately and change your password without delay.
• vd33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time at vd33's discretion. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed.
• You must notify vd33 promptly if any of your registration details change, including your mobile number, residential address, or payment method details. Keeping your registered details accurate is your ongoing obligation as an Account holder.

vd33 implements SSL encryption across all account transactions and login processes. Where available, two-factor verification via SMS OTP is offered as an additional security layer and Players are strongly encouraged to enable it. vd33 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to adequately protect their own Account credentials.

4 Key Terms at a Glance

The following six points summarise the most important principles governing your use of vd33. These summaries do not replace the full terms set out in each section — please read all sections in full.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the vd33 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). vd33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfer channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts for specific channels are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Deposits that fall below the minimum threshold may not be credited and are not refundable.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. vd33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an account not belonging to the registered Player will be reversed and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being satisfied. vd33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and banking hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. vd33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request it considers unusual in size, frequency, or destination.
• vd33 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile banking systems, or network outages outside vd33's direct control. If a deposit is not credited to your Account within two hours, you must contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

vd33 conducts anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all financial transactions as required. Where AML checks flag a transaction or account for review, vd33 is legally obligated to suspend processing of that account's transactions until the review is completed. vd33 is not permitted to disclose the existence or status of an AML review to the account holder during the review period.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vd33 offers a range of bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money (cash) funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your Account. When wagering, cash funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• vd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who have already received a bonus and begun wagering on it shall not have that bonus retrospectively revoked mid-cycle.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
• vd33 may at its sole discretion decline to offer a bonus to any individual player or group of players, including where vd33 reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.

Specific bonus terms (including wagering requirement multipliers, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits) are published alongside each individual promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7 Responsible Gaming

vd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. vd33 provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity and strongly encourages their use. Players who are concerned that their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others should contact support immediately.

• Deposit limits may be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis directly from Account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Self-exclusion allows a Player to voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to support and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Reality check notifications can be enabled from Account settings. When enabled, the platform will display a notification at the interval selected by the Player (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) reminding them of the duration of their current session and their net wagering position during that session.
• vd33 will never target promotional offers or bonus communications at players who have set deposit limits, are in a cooling-off period, or have indicated that they are experiencing difficulties with their gambling. Players in these categories may request to be excluded from all marketing communications by contacting support.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or assisting any other person to open or operate a duplicate account, regardless of whether those accounts use the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point in your relationship with vd33, including providing forged or altered identity documents.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or any technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users, including game outcome prediction software, automated betting systems, or scrapers.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live game states, coordinating wagers across multiple accounts, or any form of match-fixing or team collusion in relation to sporting events on which vd33 offers betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other criminal activity. vd33 has a legal obligation to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive language, or any conduct that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful toward vd33 staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel associated with the Platform, including live chat and support messaging.

vd33 uses automated fraud detection systems that run continuously across all transactions and account activity. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. Where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, vd33 will close the Account, forfeit any balance held therein, and may pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vd33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of vd33 or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vd33. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may constitute an infringement of vd33's intellectual property rights and vd33 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies in response.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even where vd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. vd33 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, data transmission failures, or interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control including internet service failures, power outages, or force majeure events. In all cases, vd33's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

vd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason it considers sufficient, including but not limited to the following circumstances. Where practicable, vd33 will notify the Player of the reason for any suspension or closure, though it is under no obligation to do so where disclosure would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vd33, or submission of KYC documents that vd33 is unable to verify as genuine.
• Legal obligations or requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, financial intelligence units, or courts of competent jurisdiction requiring the restriction or closure of the Account.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account, including requests made under a self-exclusion programme. Where a Player requests closure and has a positive cash balance, vd33 will process withdrawal of the eligible cash balance to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — vd33 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform (for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an in-platform notification to registered Account holders) before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended terms have been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vd33's operating jurisdiction. vd33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute raised by a Player informally and in good faith before resorting to formal proceedings.

To raise a dispute or complaint, Players must first contact vd33 support in writing at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute and all relevant transaction references. vd33 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt. vd33's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be contractually excluded.
